Summit View of Lake City is now accepting applications from licensed professionals with excellent time managment skills and prior experience in a Skilled Nursing environment. The following positions are available:

1. Rehab Manager (all disciplines- OT, PT, SLP)- must have knowledge of MDS/PPS
2. Registered Physical Therapist
3. Occupational Therapist
4. Physical Therapy Assistant
5. Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
6. Speech Language Pathologist
